I’m back! After a nearly one year long hiatus, I am back and will be blogging on a regular basis. Stay tuned to read posts including information about real estate, the wonderful city of St. Paul, MN (and all it has to offer), restaurants, events around town and I’m sure I’ll include a few random rants as well!

Union Depot Lofts

This will be the first of many posts that will describe and introduce you “the reader” to all of the various Condos and Lofts located in the heart of downtown St Paul.  The Union Depot Lofts are part of an historic building (The Union Depot) that was originally built in 1881.   The current structure that resides at this site was rebuilt and completed in 1923 due to a large fire that burnt the original building down.  In 2005 the upper floors of this building took on a massive renovation.  The space which in most recent years had been used for office space was going to be converted into 33 premium loft units.  Below I have listed out just some of the great features these lofts have to offer.  To view pictures, maps, historical information, or a full list of the great amenities for the Union Depot Lofts click on  St Paul Lofts located  in the navigation menu at the top of this page and scroll down to Union Depot Lofts  or just double click on this link I have provided here: Union Depot Lofts
